Customers often receive their requested delivery in as little as 24 hours from the processing of their request. If you have run out of fuel please call our offices to request immediate refueling.
We'll keep you up-to-date with your personalized monthly Statement of Account; either mailed direct to your home or office, or if you prefer by e-mail. Just tell us what's the most convenient for you. Our interest-free equalized billing and payment plan spreads your heating costs over a 10-month period.

There was a bad storm today (Saturday) and we ran out of oil, I called at 6:30pm and someone was here by 7:15pm putting oil in our tank. So very grateful for the kind man that came, and impressed with such great customer service from start to finish (emergency answering service, call-back, and then visit). I’d recommend Park Fuels to anyone in the area.

Woke up on Boxing Day (Dec 26, 2021) to our Rinnai on-demand water heating beeping and throwing the error code #11 (no ignition/ no propane). 7:45 - checked and sure enough there was no hot water. 8:00 - went outside and checked the tank and it was less than 7% left. 8:15 - called Park Fuel 24/7 line. 8:30 - got through to someone. 9:30- Park Fuel called to say the truck has been dispatched. 10:10 - Park Fuel truck shows up and refilled the tank.
Somehow our automatic propane replenish date was missed. But I’m not surprised because we perhaps have been using more fuel than normal (with 6 people

Since 2012, they have been consistently around $100 more expensive than Enbridge's commodity charge, every year. A year or two ago, I called to switch to Enbridge but Park Fuels said their rates were going to go down, so I stayed with them. Bad choice. I called again to switch and I was told I'm locked in until December!!! Liars and crooks. The staff present as customer friendly but the company is not.

Awful service. I leased an oil tank from Park Fuels for nearly 20 years. Then I decided to switch to electric heat and was ready to switch everything over. Park Fuels said they weren't going to take the tank back and that I had to buy the tank I was leasing from them for full price. Because of that I could not afford to switch to electric heat and decided to go with Irving Oil until the tank was paid off. When Park Fuels found out about this, they gave me the hardest time. For over 6 months they would call my insurance company saying that the tank was not up to code. So I would have an inspection
