Services
Superior Countertops has an abundant amount of samples of colour, edge details, backsplash options, and sink choices in our showroom to help you finalize your countertop details. A plan is made and approved by you, then an on-site template is created and used as a footprint for your countertop. All design details and touchpoints are customer-centric and approved prior to making the first cut.

Mandy was amazing, she showed me the samples and gave me the best quote in the Niagara region with an undermount sink included. A few days later, Jeff came to the house and did laser measurements and a week later the installers came in and did the installation which was a breeze in and one within an hour with top notch quality and meticulous work!!!

We reached out to several countertop places locally and Superior was always the quickest to answer questions and provide us a quote. Covid has added a lot of obstacles to local businesses but not one part of our process was delayed because of it and we appreciated that! Mandy was extremely helpful answering my many questions. The gentlemen who did the in-home measuring and the installation were all very friendly and helpful. They were also great at answering questions. The end result looks amazing!

We were referred to Superior Countertops from our kitchen designer. The whole experience with them was flawless especially since we were halfway into the most recent covid lockdown. From when they took measurements to when the quartz was delivered and installed it was a very quick turn around. (considering the timing) What impressed me the most was their installers. When they arrived at my home they wore masks kept their distance and when I answered the door asked my comfort level, where they should enter in and out of my home and made sure when they were going in and out the doors and gates were

We contacted Superior Countertops after seeing their ad in a booklet. We started on line with pics, drawings and ideas. Mandy sent us pics of samples we expressed interest in. Once we decided we had an appointment to pick out our countertop and free sink. Dave came to measure and their quote which was close to their estimate. The counters came on time and the guys who installed them were professional and left the place nice and clean. Great company to work with.

We would recommend Superior Countertops to anyone and everyone. We were in a bit of a jam when our new vanity arrived with a damaged top piece. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because Mandy, being the gem that she is, had us hooked up with a beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash within days. We used Superior for our recent kitchen reno. Huge selection of product to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent installation. Would recommend.
We originally priced out our countertops with Ikea, but Superior had a better price and blew Ikea out of the water with selection. We also prefer to keep our business local when possible.

We had Superior Countertops install a waterfall countertop in our kitchen and new counters in our laundry room and 2 bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. The whole process was great; from Mandy at the showroom to the gentlemen doing the install. After placing our order, we didn't have to wait long for the install and the guys were very professional and very meticulous. We absolutely love all of our new counters but especially the waterfall; what a game changer! They cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend Superior Countertops
