We opened The Carpet Palace in 1993 - In 2010 we completely rebuilt our showroom, tripling it in size! We now offer the best products in the flooring industry. The Carpet Palace has great selections of carpets as well as other flooring options. My wife and I were looking for a carpet for our living room and was told to check out The Carpet Palace by a friend. We were not disappointed, they had great selections as well as prices. We were greeted by George a staff member and he was very professional, pleasant , and offered great insight. Overall we were impressed with George's customer service. We just did a stair redo and I wanted a runner. I found what I liked on Pinterest and called the Carpet Palace. Less than 2 weeks later, my runner is installed and we love it! Bill showed me options via email and provided samples without me ever going into the store. Great customer service, great product, great results!

Very, very pleased with our Family room/Hallway/Main stairway new carpet. Installers were very professional and took special care. Quality sales and installion is like a breath of fresh air (must be the country air in Norval 😉 ). We will definitely purchase more flooring solutions for our "palace" from The Carpet Palace. Well done!

Having Carpet Palace install hardwood floors in my dining and living room was a great experience. They were patient and helpful through all my decision making. I borrowed many samples to bring home to see which looked best. Bill measured the rooms, set a date for installation and all proceeded as planned. The price stated was the price paid, no hidden expenses. Arturo and Constantine moved furniture, removed old carpet, nailed squeaky floors, laid the floors and even swept the driveway where they had been working. I will recommend Carpet Palace to all my friends.
