There was very good before. I called them to do service at my place. First it's took long time to respond back to me. Just to let me know "yes or not" (don't see a reason why not ?!) After week girl call me left the message that they "CAN" do service at my house, call back to arrange appointment, she ask for address ( already was told before) and she told me they can't do because it's out of service area. When I ask what service area they work it was 15 minutes away from my place! Even I offer pay extra , she responded to me NO. Feel bad the company was great before and good service, guess everything

Contacted them for a quote to run a has line. They came out right away and did an estimate and gave us a quote. After a week or two trying to follow up and confirm details and book the job ($2K) they said they were too busy and suggested I call a smaller gas contractor company.
I don't understand why waste the time to come out and estimate / quote when you knew in advance exactly what we needed? What a waste of time. Back to square one..

We would like to thank Noll Climate Care. Especially Chris Kochut for meeting with us and meeting our needs for a new furnace, Ac,and hot water tank. Also the installation technician for an awesome job, other than having new equipment we would never know they were at our house. We had a brand new propane furnace installed by Noll Climate Care last year. Installation and service at this time was good, so we used this company for our annual furnace service this year at the end of September. Noll came to our house for a furnace cleaning and informed us that the brand new furnace was posing a carbon monoxide risk as the heat exchanger had deteriorated. They shut down the furnace and stated they would secure the new heat exchanger as soon as possible and call us to arrange its installation once they received the part. They also contacted our propane supplier to notify them

We recently had a wood stove style propane heater put in our cabin and it heats great and looks amazing. Jason was able to find us a stove that would run with out a power source and personally came to our island to assess our needs. His installation staff where efficient and professional I highly recommend Noll climate care for your home, or cabin heating needs.

The young gentleman, Cody, was polite, explained things about our furnace in a way that I could understand, and was thorough in the cleaning. What really impressed me (and my husband when I told him) was that he was honest! When Cody was about to leave, I asked him if he could just look at something I was concerned about (and it wasn’t even the furnace, it was a cap from water heater leading to furnace). He explained it should be replaced and duct taped it for me so it wouldn’t fall off.Although he didn’t have the cap with him, he said he could come back to replace it. When I asked if we

After researching numerous heating companies, I decided to call Noll to fix the problem with my heat. I spoke on the phone with Michelle and explained the issues that I was having and she was extremely helpful. I scheduled an appointment a few days after and Jimmy, the technician was able to solve the issue quickly. He was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and I would recommend Noll Climate Care to anybody!
