We are SOO happy with the work that Markley Construction did for our warehouse! We needed a few jobs done: custom change rooms, swinging doors for our cash desk and encasing to cover up hideous exposed a/c piping that another company had installed. All 3 jobs were done to PERFECTION! We couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of everything they did for us. 5+ stars for Markley Construction. We will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Thomas managed and completed a full renovation to our townhouse working with us on budget, helping us with every aspect of the decisions, and working to a very tight timeline. He made the whole process painless throughout giving us invaluable advice or recommendations along the way (without ever being pushy). Our next-door neighbour had Thomas and his crew do a very large project in their backyard. We loved what they did, and as our side garden had rotting wood and we wanted to expand it, we asked Thomas if he could come to our house and redo our side garden.
He and his crew came on the date we agreed to and worked hard to complete a wonderful side garden. We are so glad we decided to hire Markley Construction to do our project.
We were very happy with the results, and will hire them again when we are ready to redo our fence.

Thomas worked with me to find the simplest and most cost effective solution for improving ventilation in my attic. Although this was a small project for him and he was very busy, he made everything smooth and painless. The job came out exactly on the quoted budget and at the level of quality we agreed on.

We hired Markley Construction to replace our old outsideWe deck and they did an excellent job and were great to work with. The contract for the job was very professional, laid out scope of the job, payment terms, WCB & liability coverage. Everything in our contract was done exactly to our satisfaction and expectation.

Thomas has done work for us - large projects and small - for 10 years. His first project was gutting and completely re-building the downstairs floor of our 1950s-era home, as well as renovating the kitchen and making significant changes to the back exterior wall of our house. We are still in the same home and his work has stood up well over the course of the past decade. He has also been more than willing to make any repairs needed to the original work, however minor. He has built relationships with skilled people in every trade, who have also proven to be reliable and hard working. We highly recommend
