Lacking professionalism and business etiquette. We were given a figure as a quote and some how the bill came in 35% over. When we questioned this, we were basically ignored. We were billed for three separate machines running for 8 hours a day, but with only one operator on site for no more then 7 hours a day, how is that possible? Not to mention being told the operator wouldn’t be on site until later in the day because of a small job elsewhere in the morning, yet on the final bill it stated 8 hours. The physical work done was acceptable, but the lack of honesty outweighs that. Will not be using

Extremely dishonest billing practices. Billing out 3 pieces of equipment for full days doesn’t add up when there is one operator on site for less than 7 hours per day and spending half of the day in the truck on the phone. When questioned on the bill, it got totally re-written with different dates and times, but some how the over inflated total didn’t change. When we attempted to ask for clarification we were blown off and then ignored. The actual work was acceptable, but the cons massively outweigh the pros. Would not recommend, find another contractor who will do the same work for less than
