I had a plumbing issue that was getting worse quickly, and Canuck was so fast to get in on short notice and I had a fix right away and suggestions to avoid future problems. I'd say they provided a complete solution quickly, and with great service. Thanks so much guys, you rock 🤘🏼

Absolutely horrible customer service and people skills. My wife called them as our new furnace of two years was having issues cycling this winter. The man who answered the phone basically talked down to her because we had in his words "Mickey Moused" our furnace together and essentially laughed at her when we were trying to bring them business based on heir so called "reputation". If by mickey moused together you mean had another company with the same certification as yours do our original install then that's just a very unprofessional jab at your competition. Person did not take shoes off when entering my home, left a mess for me to clean up and faucet he installed is so loose not impressed and would not recommend company! Very disappointed

They came out dec 17 and were here for 15 minutes. They turned my furnace off and gave me 2 out of 3 heaters that didn't work. We decided to go with someone else to install. Went in on dec 23rd to pay my bill, they couldn't find the invoice and said they will email or call me within next few days. Finally called and left voicemail Jan 10. Called… again 6 days later and left voicemail saying it's going to collections if I don't pay by next week. I called to see what I have to pay and it's $220! Before they came out they told me it's $114 +20 for coming out. I said I can't pay that for a while

Terrible customer service. 3 weeks and still trying to get my invoice emailed to me. Stopped at the office and they have added additional charges. Are charging an additional hour of labour to pick up a part for the repair. When we asked what the price of the repair would be we were not informed of this kind of charge. They said they charge labour cost for the time doing the repair and the cost of the parts. No mention of charges for travel time getting parts. Jobs itself was messy but functional.

Called .not only repaired the leaks but fixed the one upstairs as well,at no additional cost. ..went over and above

Daniel initially was going to install a natural gas line that was under sized for my pool boiler application even after I explained to him the manufacturers requirements/specifications stated a 3/4” line, not 1/2” for the required distance. It took me having to talk to his boss to get it sorted out. Daniel also tried to lie to me on how the… underground gas line was installed saying it came from the factory prefabricated to the exact length down to the inch that was required. OUTSTANDING service. My wife called this morning with an emergency and even though she was told all the plumbers were already out on jobs for the day, Daniel went the extra mile. He took our information and said he would get the boss to call in case they could pull someone off a job.
