The last thing you want to happen is your furnace breaking in the winter, on the weekend no less. I called at 9 am on a saturday, and the tech came by 2. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. This is why I call AV Tech when I need help with my heating appliances!

Andy with AV tech is now my go to guy for heating. had to call apon him late on a saturday for parts to repair a furnace for a locall out in the country at -37c and expected to get colder. He instantly knew what the problem was over the phone and had the parts available. If i could i would give him a 6 out 5 stars on google.

I live in Chetwynd, and even though they couldn't come out on short notice to fix my furnace, their technician spent half an hour helping me over the phone. We were able to determine what specific part was burnt out, making it that much easier for me to proceed with completing the repair on my own. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

After having our ducts cleaned the company we hired left us high and dry without a working furnace. I called A V tech to help and the lady was amazing and helped walk my husband through possible problems. She saved us a big bill and night without heat! Will definitely be using this company for further repairs!
