Delivered my rugs to Penticton on October 27th. Two very nice employees picked them up on a specific location. Was great that I did not have to drive to Kelowna, and was met half way. However it is almost impossible to get hold of them to find out when I get the rugs back. Sighhhh

Just picked up my 8 x 10 very light colored area carpet. I am so impressed with the way it turned out. I have 160 lb dog and it was extremely dirty. I didn't think it would come out clean. It looks brand new. Hadn't been cleaned since we got the dog 7 years ago. I would highly recommend this company.

I'd give them a "10" outstanding customer service! I have 3 dogs, my daughter complained my carpets smelled like the dogs. I called Red Carpet Rug Spa and left a message, they called me back that day. The next day one of the sons kindly picked up my living room 8 X 10 carpet. I had it back in a week and they delivered it! 2 of the sons came by, they set back up, having to move the furniture. I was so impressed that while they were there they spoke very highly of their dad who owned he business. You can truly call this a family business. They were great to deal with, the price was very reasonable

We called Dave at Red Carpet rug spa to get one very nasty stain out. He was quite booked (as any good company usually is) but he did come over as quickly as possible. He came, he cleaned and voila... stain was well done at a very reasonable price. While he was there we got him to clean the rest of the carpet.
Excellent and highly recommend.
