I called them awhile ago to have a quote done on our fence. I waited 3 weeks for them to arrive, with a reschudle done inbetween. I have called them 3 times to get the quote. Its been 6 weeks and no word or quote. I think that makes them totally unreliable to actually get hired to do the job.

I am surprised to read so many negative reviews. I was very happy with McFaul. I called them due to a recommendation from my contractor. I had 4 quotes with Ajax fencing being 2k more than McFaul. The rest were comparable. I went with McFaul because they could get the job done faster. The guys who did the job were great; they answered my questions, were personable, and did the job in good time. All went well.

Big waste of time. Got a quote from Peter May 12 and the start date was 3 weeks away. Fast forward to 5, 6, 7 weeks and can't get a hold of them at all. Office visit I'm assured would start Mon July 6. Whole week goes by, nothing. Emails / phone calls Mon July 13, one more office visit July 15 and my neighbours and I are done. Total 9 plus weeks from accepting the job and total radio silence from McFaul. Seems to be a common theme.
Pretty patient and understanding group of neighbours with a pricey job who were treated like second class citizens. Kinda sucks seeing every other company get jobs

Melanie was able to help me get the fencing I needed to match what was already existing at the home we had just bought. They had to fabricate a new gate from scratch for me when the one that was delivered ended up being the wrong size. I recommend them highly.

McFaul fencing came to give me a quote. After measuring said would get back to me . After waiting a week, no response. Gave him a phone call and receptionist said he would get right back to me , three days later still no call. If he didn't want to do the job he should have just said so. Went and had 2 quotes done and both went to there trucks and in less 10 mins came back with a quote. Went with one of them.
I don't recommend Mc Fault!!!!!

Had a quote from Peter for a fence. It took over a week and numerous phone call to get the quote sent to me.
I was fine with the price. I sent him a email and text telling him to go ahead with the job.
No response yet again. I tried 3 times before I had to call another company.
The worst customer service ever. So disappointed with the treatment I received

Had an appt. Booked, they never showed and never called. Another appt. And they still don't show until well after. Higher priced quote than others. Dont waste your time with McFaul. Customer service is awful and the workmanship probably the same.

Contacted McCaul Fencing first weeks of May to get new fence installed...several new homes requiring fencing, great business opportunity. Was told 4 weeks from start day. Great, June perfect timing to get fence up and enjoy our backyard in summer.
It's June 15th, and still waiting on just the qoute from Peter ....after countless phone calls, texts and convos and probably a September start day now. Wish I had contacted more companies rather then relying on what seemed like a legit professional company.
Was looking forward watching my kids and dog run around freely and have a good time in our backyard

Needed fence repair quickly and they came through for us. Great job. Thankyou so much.
