As designer for the property at 448 - 46th Ave SW, I hired Hammer Down Decks to build a custom designed fence and pergola. The work was completed during the fall and winter of 2008/2009. Some days were quite cold but it did not stop the guys at Hammer Down from getting the work done. This was a custom build and the fence and pergola deisgn complemented the house design.
When designing your backyard paradise there are many things to consider. What parcel of land your house sits on, property lines and city bylaws. Hammer Down Decks will guide and advise our clients on any limitations however still allowing our customer to have the creative edge. Hammer Down Decks appreciates your opinions and realizes each project is unique and original, big or small your project is tailored to your needs.
Hammer Down Decks will offer you the consumer a one year guarantee of all workmanship. This includes core structure, decking ie; composite, natural wood or vinyl. For natural wood product to be warranted it must be stained with an appropriate product within 60 days of completion or warranty is voided.
