Our house came with a heat and glo gas fireplace, we just got it serviced and the guy was amazing. It looks like it’s brand new and runs better then ever.

The best thing about the Regina location, is if you don't like an answer, call back and you will get a different one, or better yet, when they say they will call you back, it won't happen. I left my number 3 times, asking to find out availability. These guys have made so much money off the pandemic they don't care whether you buy from them or not. I will remember this when the economy returns to normal. Thanks for wasting hours of my time.

Had issues with my Traeger 1300. Talk to Tom about it. He asked for the BBQ and fixed what Traeger couldn't over the past year. Then after giving the BBQ back Tom phoned once a week to see how the grill was performing. From purchasing the grill to the service of the grill, I am glad I walked into Northern Fireplace. This is the second smoker/grill purchased from here and will for sure continue to purchase accessories and hopefully another grill (LOL don't tell my wife). Thank you Tom and Crew.

Yesterday Darcy from Northern Fireplace came out to service our gas fireplace that was not working properly. He was just awesome. Not only does our fireplace now run as it should, it now looks brand new. I was also so impressed in how careful he was in my home and everything was as neat and clean when he was done as when he arrived. I would absolutely recommend them and in particular Darcy. I purchased a Napoleon built in bbq and two drawer unit from Northern in 2019. In 2020 I also purchased 4 of the matching outdoor kitchen components. When I ordered the components the staff was honest about delivery time which was tough due to the pandemic. They were completely honest and upfront about the delay in delivery and delivered ahead of… schedule. This year I had an issue with the illuminated control panel and the boys at Northern got it handled quickly. I received new control knobs and control module direct from Napoleon delivered to my home. I don’t normally write reviews

Great experience with staff and products available here. Ordered a barbecue and it was delivered same day, extremely happy with my purchase and will visit again for more accessories in the future.

The service man came to our house and made our 20 year old gas fireplace look and run like new. Extremely professional and did an excellent job. Also, they have the best traeger selection of grills and supplies from anywhere around here. 5 easy stars.

Had my old gas fireplace (1994) serviced, fan replaced, and fireplace cleaned. They came exactly on time. Darcy meticulously took my fireplace apart including removing and cleaning the glass, removing and cleaning each log, adjusting the flame, vacuming out the firebox and even spray painting the firebox black again. With this and the new fan my fireplace looks and works as if it was new again. If you haven't had your gas fireplace serviced in 5 years I highly recommend it.Very happy with our results. Dee Regina

Outstanding experience buying a Weber BBQ.
Everyone I met was focused on making sure I was happy with my purchase.
What separates these guys from the others is the level of service/expertise you're going to receive.
My BBQ set up from concept to completion was professional and complete. Home Depot etc can't service you as well as these guys will and they can't match the assembly, install or after purchase support.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending Northern Fireplace to my friends.
