Ministry guidelines recommend regular inspection & pump outs every 3 to 5 years depending on usage. There are many different types of on-site sewage systems. The most common is the gravity-flow system. Understanding and monitoring the components of your system is essential to prevent and identify problems should they arise. Your Onsite wastewater disposal system consists of a septic tank, the field bed and the soil.
Taking the remembering out of "when was my last pump out?" and minimizing unpleasant surprises! When we pump your septic tank, we will take note of several key indicators of your septic system such as size, load, location, age and its overall condition. With this information, we will make some recommendations regarding a preventative maintenance schedule for your particular septic system and usage estimate.
Remember the system works on natural bacteria produced by flushing natural products. You can kill the natural bacteria with some of the products you use or introduce products (wipes, sanitary napkins.) that the system cannot break down. The result could be a failure of the septic system and a backing up of sewage into your home.
For all intents and purposes, a septic system is not much different from your city or town's sewer systems. A good septic system operates like both a mini sewer system and a micro waste treatment facility, with all waste originating from the household being released into the septic system. The point at which your septic system ends is where the "environment" begins.

I had a neighbor come over to check the price I was paying & said he paid less with ????, another company.
Rock Solid honored the same price although he didn't have to, I had agreed on his price when booking. I found out that the company my neighbour used was undercutting the others 🤔 while telling them he was charging the same, shame on him😡
I'd rather deal with an Honest person like Mark at Rock Solid Septic☺️

Today was my first experience dealing with Mark at Rock Solid Septic and it definitely will not be my last! I went with Rock Solid because of all the excellent reviews here online and now I understand why. If I could give 6 stars I would! Marks response time was phenomenal, his knowledge quite vast and his price more than fair. We're newer to living with a septic system and Marks teachings helped me learn a bit on the care and maintenance of my system, which was greatly appreciated. I had a clogged drain emergency, I called Mark and 15 mins later he was at my door. He is easy going and most importantly knowledgeable and knows what he is taking about. My issue was not related to septic, but he still worked on my drain until unclogging it. Also very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Rock Solid Septic for your septic needs.

Called on Sunday october 8 th I left a message with his wife Mike called me back within a Half hour . I told Mike that my tank was full asked if he could come out He said no problem was at our house at 11 am sunday morn He did a excellent Job We will call him again in a few years and he will Be highly recommended by my wife and I .
