I sent them an email requesting information on Dekton products/installation. They never responded to my email.

Colonial fabricated and installed a quartz countertop and matching window sill for our laundry room renovation. Their service was high-quality, courteous, and professional throughout the process, from Danny Camparmo in the showroom to Rutuja Karande booking the installation, to the installers themselves. We couldn't be happier with the results and would certainly recommend Colonial's services.

Horrible customer service. I sent an inquiry via their website but after 1.5 weeks of no response I decided to go to their showroom. I arrived at 4 pm and their close time is 4:30 pm. First, I got a 20 minute warning of the store closing, then, when I wanted to know about their product; do they do a design for me, how long does it usually take for a job to be completed, besides the stone, what are the materials they work with for the base and drawers. The only answer I would get is to go online and submit my questions there.
When I left I even said: "sorry for bothering you". I got no response

As a designer, I've worked with Geordan and his staff at Colonial on several projects recently. I can offer high praise as far as their quality of service, pricing, and attention to detail. Countertops, and other surfacing treatments, are the finishing touch at the end of a long, and often expensive design process. It's important to work with a company that keeps budget and timeline in mind, while providing the ultimate "wow" factor when the project is complete.

Got a quartz countertop for my new bathroom vanity.
Service was very good, from the initial enquiry right through to the installation. My request called for the inclusion of a special feature to accommodate a channel for an LED light strip for accent lighting in the underside of the front counter edge. Patience and skill resulted in getting the outcome I wanted. Thanks to friendly staff (Danny, Tricia, and the installers) and efficient, personable manager Geordan.

This company has a good selection of quartz countertops,but if you are a home owner working on your own without a designer, service is very poor. From lack of attention in the showroom to poor communication re scheduling we did not have a good experience dealing with this company. The only reason we dealt with them was because they were the only supplier of the product we wanted.

Our company have worked in many projects with Colonial Countertops. Geordan and his team never seize to impress our team & more importantly the clients. From the first contact to the final execution, Colonial always deliver an amazing job. Professionalism is icing on the cake for this company. As a designer, quality of material & installation is very important to me, and Colonial Countertops got them all.

Recently used Colonial for a new vanity counter top in our on-suite renovation. Initially chose Colonial because of their policy of charging by the square foot as opposed to by the slab, they quoted us a very fair and competitive price. And it was a pleasure dealing with Lyza and the other office staff. Unfortunately supplier made a mistake and an “old” version of the product was shipped which had the wrong undertone colour for our application even though it had the same name as the product we had chosen. Their staff and service is second to none; its always a pleasure working with them from their sales team, to template, and installation crews. Geordan, the Burnaby branch manager is a great source of knowledge and provides exceptional service each and every time. Very professional and customer service focused business; would highly recommend them to anyone!

We are extremely happy with the entire experience of dealing with Colonial! On both occasions that they came to our house, They arrived exactly when they said they would. They used some very {fascinating and} high tech tools for both the measuring and the levelling of the countertops. They had the counters ready earlier than they said they would and even brought us a little surprise bonus gift. Great job!

We just bought granite countertops from Colonial, and had them installed today. We are delighted with the end product! The two young men who installed the counters were wonderful: friendly, helpful, professional , and did a fantastic job. The counters fit beautifully and are well finished. The men were respectful of our space, putting down mats to protect the floor and cleaning up after themselves. We couldn't have asked for a better service! We highly recommend them.
