Ocean Green Homes takes great pride in our reputation as a quality leader in the residential construction industry. Building a quality home begins with knowledge and experience. The principals of Ocean Green Homes Ltd have been active in all aspects of home construction since the early 1970's with a combined length of service to residential consumers exceeding 100 years.
All of our homes begin with an original plan prepared specifically for an individual home-owner or lot. You can select one of our constructed homes, or we can provide an original design to suit your specifications. We find that the challenges and opportunities of most Vancouver Island building sites are simply not addressed by the standard home-plan books.
Ocean Green's Construction Manager and President, Glenn Schmitke, was one of the first in the home building industry to take an active interest in building green. He has completed many courses, including the Canadian Home Builder's Association's Built Green BC workshop, and has received the related completion certifications.
