Rossen Glass & Mirror Ltd. is a manufacturer and installer of custom fabricated tempered glass products. We specialize in manufacturing and installing frameless glass shower enclosures, glass sneeze guards, glass railings, glass table tops, and vanity mirrors. We aim to achieve the highest quality for the lowest cost delivering the most value to our customers.

Our state of the art cutting and notching machines use numeric control for the highest precision. Autocad DXF files can be directly converted into a finished product. We have the capabilities to temper glass, cut and polish straight edges and shapes, bevel glass and mirror, do drilling and notching, 22.5, 45 degree and custom angle miter.

We can provide quick turn-around on tempered glass, because we do all fabrication inhouse. Express orders with short turn-arounds are available upon request. We custom make plate glass and mirror, glass sneeze guards with custom openings, vanity mirrors, safety glass (tempered and laminated), glass table tops.

Rossen was used by our bathroom renovating company to install a very large glass shower wall. Alfredo and Glen did a fantastic job. Fast, efficient and perfect cleanup upon completion. Alfredo should be giving PhD classes in caulking - best I have ever seen. Highly recommend

Rossen Glass & Mirror was an excellent company to deal with. I had multiple small scale glass and mirror cuttings to complete. The customer service was great, their email responses and call back times were always prompt and courteous. My order was exactly as requested and the cost was very fair compared to some astronomical quotes I received. I would definitely recommend!

Rossen Glass has been fantastic to work with! We ordered custom glass through our contractor with a door for our shower. The pricing was reasonable, it looks so great and the service has been fantastic. The glass was installed in the late Winter/early Spring and when the house settled, the glass door moved ever so slightly. We called them to adjust it and they came right away. Thank you!!

Without any appointment or call stopped by with my cracked vanity mirror to cut off the damaged portion.
15 minutes later I got my mirror back perfectly fine, the cut was also polished, I paid $5 + tax that was definitely so much cheaper than replacing the mirror with new one.

I have never in my life dealt with a company that seems to totally not care about customer service but Rossen Glass is the one! You can send them e-mails and not receive replies, you can call them and get no service and when they make appointments they don't show up and don't call before or after. Their focus seems to be housing construction and nothing else appears to be of interest.

Update: this business has moved to Iber Road, in Stittsville!

This seems to be a small, family-run business. They've got a small show room with a few shower stalls on display. The owner(?) was friendly and knowledgeable enough, and gave us good advice. But we were not able to use their services in the immediate future. Will update further if and when we are able to do so.

PS: we have bought glass from them before, but it has been many years. Meanwhile, what we want now might well be the installation as well. To be continued...
