Bill and his crew did an excellent job on a flat roof of a historic building .The original tin cornices made the work more complicated than most and they handled this with care.
We had an urgent timeline for installation and they made every effort to fit us in.
They completely replaced the aging flat roof and installed two new skylights.
We received regular photos and videos of their progress.
I would highly recommend them. The worksite was left clean every day and the crew were great!

I cannot recommend Bill and his team highly enough. After years of repeated roof leaks, extensive work and thousands upon thousands of wasted dollars to another company, Bill’s is the only one who repaired it properly and for a fair price. They diagnosed the issues correctly and had to redo the work of the other company to make sure everything was seamless and done well.

A really professional and respectful company, great to deal with and delivered as promised. When they were done, everything was spotless. Call these guys if you want to hire the pros. They were really responsive about their projected start date, always available to answer questions, and were a friendly and professional crew. They did a great job, and left everything neat and tidy when they finished. I noticed they had forgotten to finish one small detail before they left - let them know and they showed up the very next morning to finish it off nicely. Price was totally reasonable - do yourself a favour and don't go for the bargain basement price - super pleased with the job and the professional team.

It has been a genuine pleasure dealing with Bill Geerts as well as Dan along with the 2 teams of workers who replaced my flat roof as well as a couple of shingled roofs.
The work was carried out in a professional manner in a safe, timely and efficient fashion and the jobsite was pristeen after they left.
