My 2 cats alerted me to the fact I have mice living inside the walls/ under the floors of my home…Then one day I heard a larger an animal moving inside my homes walls. So, I hired City & Country Pest Control to look into my issue. A City and Country pest control technician came and treated my home for mice activity on Sept. 01, 2021. I was charged $452.00 for the service call. My receipt dated Sept. 01, 2021, states I have a 6 month warranty from City & Country.

We found Carpenter ants in the roof of our sunroom this summer so we called City and Country Pest control. Horatio was quick to respond to our call and we had an appointment booked for a week later. Horatio was on time, very friendly and he really took care so that the chemicals didn't get near our fish pond. Due the the construction and the material of the roof the first treatment didn't get them all the first time but Horatio came right back out and sprayed again and we have seen no sign of them since. I would highly recommend City and Country Pest Control.

Contacted Horacio as we had a huge bald wasp nest 20+ feet up in a tree in our backyard and we had a bees nest at the base of our Tree House/swingset where the kids play.. Horacio was there on time, he knew what he was doing and in 30-45 minutes all pests were removed. very efficient and quick! Great professional work Horacio, appreciate the speedy disposal and clean job! Look forward to enjoying the rest of the summer!

Horacio was the consummate professional! He arrived earlier than scheduled with a courtesy call beforehand and explained the work he was going to do before getting started.
Horacio arrived COVID compliant; wearing a mask, disclosed that he is fully vaccinated and maintained physical distancing during his time on our property.
The treatment Horacio applied to the wasps’ nest on our property has been effective! As Horacio advised, the problem would be rectified within the first 72 hours and that’s exactly what has taken place.
We are very pleased with the service, professionalism and affordability

We were quite impressed with the work of Horacio and Jeff.
They were absolutely understanding of our concerns, they provided excellent detailed understanding of what they were going to do. They followed the COVID protocol, which we appreciated.
We feel we received excellent and effective service, which included fixing the breaking point of the raccoon, and upgraded all vents for future prevention of another break-in.
We were lucky there were no nest. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable people.

My mother had a stubborn tenant that refused to pay rent or clean up after himself. He'd disappear at nights and slept all day. She was getting tired of him not helping out around the house and decided it was time to seek assistance. Horacio arrived and was able to trap the little guy. He reassured my mother (who had grown attached to her newest addition) that since he wasn't a threat he'd be released into the wild at a far enough distance to discourage retuning. We're very happy with the service, and we certainly recommend Horacio!
