Our family moved to the Radium area 4 years ago and our builder recommended Scott at RFE alarms. The install was done quickly and professionally and I can honestly say that we have never had a problem with our system. RFE is a local company who really cares about their customers. Like a lot of people our house in Radium is a second property and it gives us a real feeling of security knowing RFE will be there in case of any problems, we strongly recommend them.

We have used RFE Alarms as our security company for over 15 years and have been very pleased with the prompt service, response, and protection. Having RFE monitor our home saved us from a costly repair. We had temperature monitoring as part of our package and the alarm was triggered when our furnace quit working (while we were away) in the middle of a cold snap. The alarm notification allowed us to call family to check and start remediation to keep the pipes from freezing. Great choice for security in the Valley.
