Great experience working with this group. Clearly well run with great direction and vision. Strong leadership group.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
They lack professionalism and the workmanship is poor. There are other builders out there that offer a better return for your investment. Never again!

We bought house in woodbridge Park site of sierra construction. Their services are very bad. their work is very poor quality. They did not give us full finish house. We pointed out many things to them during PDI and they told us that they will finish it as soon as possible but they are taking too much time to do unfinished work. they were expecting from us to take day off when their technician will come to do unfinished work. For each work there are separate contractor and they were asking to come on different days so we have to take many days off from work which is not acceptable.
I suggest that

They use bottom of the barrel materials and it clearly shows. I'll make sure to warn future buyers of Sierra when they release their next development.

We purchased a townhome from sierra builders in woodbridge park. They sent a statement of adjustment before closing, indicating undeclared (hidden) charges. The initial brochure of townhomes does not indicate that
how much we will have to pay: (i) development charges (ii) education levies (iii) park/public art levies. Also the builder did not provide estimate of adjustment at closing. Initially, the builder in his purchase and sale agreement, used explicit terms to explain how much the purchaser will have to pay. Today i received statement of adjustment, I will have to pay (i) increase of development

Everyone I dealt with at their sales office and customer service were VERY helpful.
There were lots of deficiencies and I'm happy to report that the builder stepped up to the plate and fixed most of them with only a few outstanding Items left.
Leigh was an absolute pleasure dealing with and her presence certainly helped us going through the process of remedying the deficiencies.
As a side note I truly believe that the actual developer is VERY good but they need to select their contractors more carefully.

We bought a townhouse in the Dellwood Park project in Mississauga on day 1 of their sales event and throughout the chaos we have been pleased. Thus far we are beyond happy with the service and responsiveness we have gotten from the whole team (especially Leigh)! We have purchased new builds before and can tell a lot about a project based on their service. We are temporarily out of the country and we were concerned about being able to pick our finishes, etc while being far away and yet again they are making some wonderful concessions to help us. Excited to see the project completed!

While I haven't had the opportunity to buy a Sierra Home yet, I would definitely buy one when I can. I've noticed how many people have complained about them but honestly give the guys a break, look at what the real estate market is like! From the time they announce to the time they can actually go to market, many things change. All I'd say is do your research, have a list of questions ready and don't be afraid to ask them before you buy. Keep up the good work guys, have heard a lot of positive stuff from people who have actually bought from you.

I purchased a home with Sierra Building Group, and found the sales team to be very attentive. I had all of my questions answered, and received regular updates along the way. The group at Sierra was professional and client-focussed. I would highly recommend them to others interested in their developments.
