When I first approached this company to do some major work on two buildings they treated me like gold. They paid very close attention to details made sure they knew what I expected to be done. They also did walk arounds so we could physically go over the work to be completed.
This all went very well for the most part. They agreed with me that If they found any deficiencies when they removed old soffit, siding etc such as rot or bad workmanship that needs to be fixed they'd call and discuss fixing it at an increased cost of course. This being cheaper than tearing out new work at a future date.
