Rite-Way replaced an old wooden fence with chain link on the commercial site that I look after. I was amazed how quick they have got it completed.
Recently our new fence was damaged. Guys inspected the damage and got repairs done on the same day. Mike H. was great at communicating and arranging the repairs.

Critical: Professionalism
Will use literally any other company for fencing. Dan was downright rude to me. He talked down and talked to me like I was stupid when I came to purchase fence parts. He told me to "look outside at one of there fences to see how you're supposed to do it". I don't recommend ever dealing with Dan. Worst customer service ever.

Rite-Way put up a fence for us in 2015 and we are still very happy with it. Over time of our gates settled weirdly and started leaning over just enough that it started to get stuck, and eventually we were no longer able to open it. I contacted them in September to see if we could get it fixed. I figured that since the warranty was up I would have to pay to have the gate function properly. I talked to Mike who came out and had a look at the gate and took some measurements. He made sure that it got fixed properly without any additional cost to me, which was extremely appreciated. We we’re told, by the manager, that he couldn’t help us because it wasn’t his job. The good news is that we got to waste half and hour until one of his employees came back to help. If the manager was attempting to be deliberately unhelpful then he succeeded.
The experience was comical insofar as their in ability to be of assistance.
I suggest finding another shop.

Zero response on this, multiple emails and phone calls with messages. Started off well, then was ghosted. As a small business trying to quote a project the staffing in Commercial Estimate division here is absolutely brutal with customer service. Had to start all over with another company. Would not recommend wasting your time with this business

I tried to place an order on line for privacy slat. I spent a week dealing with Dan and found him completely unresponsive and uncooperative. When I asked questions he would just email me the exact same product information sheet. I place my order and didn’t hear back for 4 days. I called in and asked if there was someone more cooperative to deal with, and was told he is the only one who does self install projects. I called Phoenix fencing and got don’t on 5 minutes what Dan was not capable of doing in a week. When I emailed him and called him out on his lack of customer service, he never apologized

"I had one side of my fence done by this company 5 years ago and was very happy with the results and called them for a quote to do the other side this spring. After 3 weeks of waiting for Brent to send a quote I called the office. Spoke to Tanya who explained they were so busy but that she would come out and do an estimate. She did and promised a quote in a day or so. It has now been another month and still no quote! This is a straight run of fence, 80 feet long, no gates so not complicated. I even emailed Tanya to ask

Residential fence and gates installed in 2015. Pretty good job though some crooked segments that they came back in short order to repair. Couple unpleasantries on install day: 1. Installer shot hoops on my driveway basketball court (unsolicited of course, with my basketball) while I was inside. He dragged dirt from the yard all over the driveway.
2. Didn’t clean up his mess on the drive way.
Next issue was a wobbly gate post that was bolted to paver stones. Again they came out and fixed it, still 2015.
For the past 3 years one of the gates keeps loosening its latch. There are two overlapping

We are a locally owned Self Storage Facility that relies on our entrance gate to provide efficient, and reliable operation to allow our clients access to the facility. Recently our gate was damaged to the extent it could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. We obtained several quotes and chose Rite-Way. They were very responsive, provided the best pricing, and the installation occurred on the date and time promised. The installation crew was very easy to work with, the estimator was professional and the product is exactly what we wanted. We now will be using Rite-Way to provide maintenance

I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience buying anything from a company, ever. I ordered and paid many thousands of dollars for a large fencing system which turned out after months waiting, the material was never ordered. They would not return my money even after returning the merchandise, then states they will return only a portion of my money even though a moving truck was hired and paid for on my end to return their product.
