We have certified technicians on staff, as it is vital that your fireplace or stove be installed correctly both for safety as well as proper burning flame.

If you’d like this business to use you as
their personal ATM call them. They charged me $179 (service/Labour call) just to come out and diagnose a problem with my gas fireplace. Once the part was received they were going to charge me $300 for the parts (reasonable) and an additional service and labour call for another $185, for a total of $664 plus tax. To me this an exorbitant amount especially charging double for a service/labour call. Finally when you do call them be prepared for someone to be extremely rude on the phone. I wouldn’t give this company another single hard earned penny.

Had Classic Fireplaces come out and do a thorough inspection and cleaning of our gas fireplace. We recently purchased the property and during renos found that the gas fireplace was in a sad state requiring some serious cleaning and tune up. Technician Terry arrived with his mild demeanor and had the fireplace cleaned and tuned up, looking and operating fantastic in relatively short order. Totally professional and it was obvious he has years of experience from his workmanship. Very good experience and would not hesitate recommending Classic Fireplaces and technician Terry all of these types of servicing

We purchased a Kingsman Proflame 2 natural gas stove. We can’t say enough about the awesome customer service...right from the start, all of our questions were answered honestly, and Helen and Pete made sure… that we got the right stove for our space. The install was seamless and everything looks amazing! Pete even made a trip to our place beforehand to see the best way to install the stove and to make sure all the proper materials were ordered. We now see why this has been a successful business for 30 plus years. We highly recommend Classic Fireplaces! Support local...5 out of 5 stars

We finally replaced our old wood burning fireplace with a beautiful gas insert. We couldn’t be happier with the choice we made (locally manufactured) and the service we received. Helen and Pete provided a great selection of products with no pressure sales and the installation was seamless. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. What more could we ask for. Oh and all performed during a pandemic.

I was very pleased with my experience. I bought a fire pit in May and went back in June for a beautiful Barbecue. I exchanged many emails with Ms.Peters and she was always lovely and responsive.They delivered exactly what I wanted on a deadline. I would recommend going here honestly, support local business if you can.

I thought I was treated poorly by this Lady due to my obvious accent, but now I see I'm not alone here. She was incredibly suspicious, was walking after my 12 y old child and giving him menace glances when he touched one of the fireplace. I almost stood up for him at one point. Lady was looking at us with expressed prejudice, was walking away from me all the time when I asked questions. Finally, she entered the office and did not came out at all, although it was 30 minutes before the store closes.
You guyes need to arrange the customer appreciation traning for this Lady, obviously you are loosing
