Went in to discuss kitchen renovation, lady in shop did not acknowledge me at all continued speaking with another customer for several minutes. When the other customer said I better let you attend to other people this lady said no it is fine and continued discussing some issue the other customer had with their neighbor. So I walked out after realizing that it is no way for me to start a relationship with a vendor.

Referred by a manufacturers site that this was a dealer of the brand of our current kitchen project in process... Looking to finish kitchen project by adding a Butler pantry with counter, cabinets, shelving, crown moulding, counter tops on island, backsplash throughout kitchen AND new cabinetry in the laundry room… big job but not big enough for this company… refused to even quote it. Only full kitchen Reno’s - not worth their time I guess. Business must be good when you turn people away who actually want to give you business.

After several years of considering whether to move or renovate our outdated main floor and kitchen, we decided that we loved our neighbourhood so much that we would prefer to renovate. After speaking with a few companies, we settled on Classic Kitchens as Chris and Angela were so friendly and seemed to really understand how to make the space work for our family. We chose Classic Kitchens to do our kitchen renovation and we are thrilled with the result! From the awesome design to the helpfulness of the designers when we chose materials, to the actual work in our home, it was first class all the way. The workmen were very nice and VERY good at their jobs and we now have a fantastic new kitchen. Can't say enough about the experience, top notch. Extremely Happy!!! I just finished my Kitchen renovation with Classic Kitchens and it changed my old terrible kitchen into the one i've been dreaming of for a very very long time! We had them open our loadbearing wall to expand the kitchen into our dining room that we rarely used and the finished result is outstanding. These guys are true pros! Right from the beginning, we knew that we were in the right place after contacting other companies for quotes as well. Just finished having my kitchen and master bathroom redone by Classic Kitchens and a couldn't be happier! I looked around alot and they were by far the best I found. From the first meeting, I found them to be very knowledgeable, really nice to deal with and they had lots of pictures of the projects they had done to show me. The design program they use was invaluable to me as I have a hard time visualizing the end result and it is remarkable how much my kitchen and bathroom look like the concept views they first showed me! We looked at different kitchen companies before choosing Classic, and we chose them because their design was great, but more importantly, they are by far the nicest, most helpful people that really listened to what we were looking for and gave us exactly what we were hoping for! The renovation went really well and before we knew it, we had an amazing and beautiful new kitchen where the old one was. The new features we have I really love, like more drawers, omg we have lots of drawers now and the way our new kitchen is laid out, I absolutely love spending time in the kitchen now.
