Reilly Lock is the only company that has my Medeco key on file so I can only have it duplicated there. It's not close to my home so I had to travel a great distance to have this key cut and then they cut it wrong! You can see in the picture that the middle part of the key doesn't match the original. I contacted them and asked if they could pick the key up from downtown Toronto to fix it but they refused and told me to come there. I asked for the $25 charge for the key to be refunded since I have to go all the way back because of their mistake and again they refused. Bad customer service and poor

This establishment is con!! They sell you products that they have no intention of refunding. I was sold a product that does not work. Called there Techinician to come and see if it works. Charged me$150 and did not get the lock to work. I’m out close to $600. Strongly recommend to not use this business at all.

Great company to work for or to get guards from! Only thing is some guards might not be as enthusiastic about their job as others, but that's out of there control.

I purchased a camera security system and I had it installed by a Reilly tech. Two weeks after the install one of the cameras stopped working. I made an appointment to have the camera replaced and they tried to bill me for the replacement even though it was still under a 30 day warranty.
When the Reilly tech replaced the camera he drilled an additional hole in our house and then left the old hole wide open. He did not even bother to fill the hole. You cannot leave a hole in someone's house. There was no need to drill a second hole. The new camera should have gone directly over the existing hole
