He lied to us and said Osburn wood stoves are built in Abbotsford , they are built in Quebec by SBI who build several differant brand names ,and said we had to buy a whole new flex chimney even after we told him our chimney was fire brick lined and told by a real licensed inspector our chimney is to code. He is a real talker and way over priced and does not want to do anything to help you unless you buy from him.he tried to sell us a wood burning stove way to small for our house

Spend over $4000 on a wood stove and receive no customer service on a warranties item. West coast couldn't be bothered. They are no longer a dealer of Hearthstone wood stoves so they no longer care less about those customers. The only thing Westcost did was provide a phone number in Vermont. We there then directed to Ontario. I randomly called a Hearthstone wholesaler on 84th Ave in Surrey, Western Water and Gas and received amazing service. They listened, helped, ordered the warranties part and charged nothing. I suggest when looking for a new stove for guaranteed service regardless of how much
