We had an amazing experience working with Kevin Westlake. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was very patient and flexible with flooring options, and installation dates.The gentleman who installed our floors was very professional, and quick! We were able to walk through with him and tell him exactly what we wanted, and he did not leave until everything was perfect. We are so happy with our floors, and will definitely be using PDJ Shaw flooring for any future flooring projects.

We purchased our flooring from PDJ Shaw flooring(Kevin) with the intent of doing only our powder room and laundry. But with each lockdown we added more to our requests and ended up repacing carpet in Family room living/dining and steps and 3 bedrooms. The installers wee very good -Steve, Josh and Greg . We were told there would be a lot of dust and prepared in such a way but trim was cut outside and we had less dust than expected. THe results were great

On behalf of my family, I want to say how pleased we are with the products and service we've received over the years. The staff constantly provided helpful advice, carried durable product, and are thoughtful and very knowledgeable in their field. We are particularly impressed with the vinyl plank options offered as well. It's been a few years since their product was installed, and we are still incredibly happy with the results.

My friend recommended this one to me. we removed old dirty carpet, had hardwood installed in 5 rooms and vinyl in basement and stairs. Very happy with the outcome. Got it done in 5 days without additional charge and they took out all garbage and even had a rough cleaning at the end. Definitely recommend to others too.

We used PDJ twice now. The first time they did a luxury vinyl in our basement a few years ago. More recently, we had a gorgeous waterproof hardwood on our first floor.
We worked with Paul Vos and he was very attentive and flexible with scheduling. The installers, Thomas and his partner Agnes were wonderful as well.

PDJ Shaw installed all our flooring and wall tile for our recent basement renovations. The basement looks great. The wall tile/backsplash design was intricate work and very labor intensive but the work was done well and looks fantastic. We found Paul and team to be very friendly and helpful. We are thrilled with the results.

We got quotes from a few businesses, and honestly, the pricing was comparable. All the quotes were within a couple hundred dollars of each other, with the biggest difference being the pricing of the product itself. What won our business for them was the sense of confidence they instilled in me that they were going to do the job properly.
