Having issues with gremlins in our walls causing problems with outlets. Called and had someone out the same morning! Electrician was amazing, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and overall fantastic. I've dealt with other electricians before and was leery, but he did a great job, didn't overcharge and was quick. Fixed the outlets and the issues in the breaker box. Would recommend highly and will be keeping their number on the fridge for any future work!

Today was the second time I have used Proline Electric and I am very happy with the service I received. I was given a reasonable time slot both times, and the technician arrived on time both times and called ahead to make sure I was ready for them. The technicians were very clean, adhered to COVID protocols, courteous and they arrived ready to work.
I found their rates to be very fair, and the technicians put in honest work. The first time I called them was for an unknown issue that cause a power outage in my garage. With some people you would think this is an open cheque book to rack up billable

We had an underground break in the power line and Dan came and out and worked with us on a plan. Price was amazing and work was fantastic! Proline went above and beyond and the electricians even backfilled the hole while waiting for Fortis to turn on the power. Very honest, hardworking electricians. Jolee in the office is great, she responds promptly, keeps you in the loop and is very quick to schedule everything. Highly recommend this company, everyone is amazing and they truly care about their customers!

Excellent service, very impressed. They came out to look at our electric fireplace that suddenly stopped working. We had contacted a few other businesses first and got no response from any. Proline Electric responded to my email within minutes and booked a service tech within a few days to fit our schedule. We received an email just prior to the appointment that let us know they were on their way and it had a picture of the technicians so we knew who to expect. We had Proline rewire and install updated panel and rewire about 3 years ago when we updated kitchen and dinning room. This is a well run business. They have an office manager answering their phones and doing their scheduling. You explain your issue and they schedule an electrician. Once they attend the job site the electrician can give you a better idea of how long they expect the job will take and fine tune your estimated cost. Let them work or you will likely be billed for the callout. I've used them 3 times, they always show up on time, are professional, quick and honest.

We had Eric and his apprentice come and make a few fixes to our house, including ones that we hadn't anticipated. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond our expectations. We are very happy with their work! Jolee at the office was also very responsive when we had questions. We certainly would have Proline come back and do any other work that we may need in the future.
