The GCI Construction Group advises all their customers how to care for their concrete over the winter months to ensure that your concrete product does not get affected from harsh corrosive ice melts or salt. Amazing job!! Phenomenal crew!!! Professional and a pleasure to do business with! Many thanks to you and your crew Rob, for doing such a phenomenal job on our stamped concrete patio project!! I highly recommend GIC!! All messages were promptly returned. The crew work so hard and are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with!! Our project involved pulling out 4 trees in addition to the prep work for our 13x13 gazebo pad, new/larger patio and a new sidewalk replacement along the side of the house. The job from start to finish was 4 1/2 days with sealing done a few days later due to the rain

I had a large set of stairs installed around a year ago that We prepared. Rob. The owner came out and inspected the job and also gave some information as to a few things that needed to be corrected to do the job as He would like. We settled on a price and he and his guys were out shortly to place and finish the concrete. It came out great. But the faces of the risers were all “ pitted “ He claimed this was due to the “air” that was used in the concrete to help harden the surface and protect against salt damage. This past Winter we are already showing signs of concrete popping or shaling

Called them last week looking for help in pouring a 40ft sidewalk. I live 14 kms outside of Brantford. I was told by the secretary that the 'boss' said that they do not go outside of Brantford City limits. Yet when you check the locations they service on their website, they go as far as Burlington which is almost 50 kms away. So if you're in Brantford, you're golden. If not, don't bother calling.

It is our opinion that we were provided with an inferior product. It was installed in the latter part of summer2015. Immediately after the snow melted from the driveways’ very 1st and only winter (2015) it started to fail. Deteriorating concrete, several areas void of aggregate and cracks. The driveway looks ugly to the point that we are actually counting the days towards looking forward to replacing it. More importantly though is the companies self-indulgent dishonesty in their explanation of the causes. We can tolerate and will take the hit for the shoddy material, but will not stand for the
