My name is Tomas and I'm an owner of Black Bear Carpet Cleaning Ltd. Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in using our ECO friendly services. We established our company with my girlfriend Lucie back in 2016 as we truly believed that there's a missing local carpet cleaning business in Whistler and most importantly business who really cares about environmental changes the planet facing at the moment.
For example, if your friendly and well-meaning neighbour told you she saved a bunch of money renting the green machine at the grocery store. It captures all the bacteria, pollen, dust, pet hair, allergens and all the other gross stuff that builds up over time. Now, you most likely change those filters every 6 months to a year.

It was a Sunday afternoon and our dryer vent was plugged and steam was pouring into the laundry closet. I left a voicemail and Tomas called me back within 15 minutes. He was not able to do it that day but we booked an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. His fellow showed up as promised, al-the-while keeping me updated via email. They completed the work, re-secured our ducting to the dryer and all is great. We will definitely use Black Bear again for any work they specialize in. Very impressed and I do not impress easily. Cleaned vents, ducts and dryer vents for us. The Dryer vent was super clogged and the guys did all they could to unclog it, even fitting us in their busy schedule with their other vehicle that had a higher power cleaner on it since it was a 3m long pretty much hard blockage at that point. Have used them on other buildings too, always happy and great to work with. Thank you guys.

Tomas and Jakub were very polite and professional . They are organized and on time. High attention to detail and guarantee their work. There were a few stains that did not come out and they came back to go over them again. My carpets have never looked so good. I highly recommend this company.
