Came out to see the job that was necessary, and to provide and estimate/quote. Followed up once a week for up to 6 weeks. At first promised the get it to us, everytime it would arrive the next week. He even blamed his wife for not getting to it. Then he stopped answering calls or texts altogether. A shame because they locally came recommended, but I did read the other reviews before calling them, and should have taken it as a warning. Either they don’t need work, or don’t want it. But at least tell people that instead of wasting their time.

Crossman Excavating is a company with extremely poor customer service, relations and are basically criminals ripping off customers for work they claim to have performed but cannot prove that they did. Thousands of dollars invoiced for Snow removal charges for 6 days in a row with no precipitation on those days and charging companies who trust them with astronomical charges that are not verifiable. they charge for bins of salt left on your business property, then use the salt you paid for to salt your walkways and then charge again on top. when they remove the bins still half full at the end of

Nice website set up with easy contact process online. Used website contact to ask for quote, got a call days later apologizing for delay and booking at time to meet including arrangement that would contact me shortly before. Waited for 2 hours after appt time but no show and no contact. Few days later sent followup text. No reply. Sent email the following week and again no reply. I guess too busy for a home excavation job but very disappointing customer service.
