I used their services to clean the house and they were expensive for the type of work that they did. Waited for there to be a follow up call to see if they'd check in on the service and we didn't receive it so thought I'd write a review instead - could've been a cleaner, more professional job for what we paid.

My first experience with the Rapid Home Service team was simply excellent. Led by Fernando, the team was punctual, very polite and extremely thorough leaving no surface untouched. Down to earth people who displayed the utmost kindness and professionalism. Fernando conducted a post-cleaning walk through with me and quickly attended to the very few, small overlooked details - no questions asked - just complete responsiveness which is a testament to their commitment in providing excellent customer service. We used them once for our move in 2015 and then again for another move in 2020.. Both times were move in cleaning. 2015 experience was decent, we were quoted 4 hours for our move in cleaning and it ended up being 6 hours but they didn't charge us extra and they did a pretty good job. 2020 job was less than spectacular. They stayed on time but many parts of our new house were still dusty or sticky and inside cabinets were still dirty even though we requested it to be cleaned. I ended up cleaning for another 4 hours after the team of 3 left. Seriously disappointed, never again.

Excellent cleaning service performed by Fernando and team. They were super responsive and helpful when answering all of my questions as this was my first time using a cleaning service. After shopping around for cleaning services it was hard to decide which one's were up to snuff for the clean up job we had. We moved in to a house that needed an extreme clean to say the least. After calling Rapid Home Service and inquiring about their deep clean service the staff member was really helpful in walking us through what they do and the type of products they used to clean. After the clean up process my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail that was provided all for a very affordable price. I will definitely be using this service again

We have used Rapid Cleaning for approx 4 years & they are the best cleaners we’ve had over the 25yrs + we’ve used cleaning services. Unlike other companies - they have had the same cleaning crew for years. This means that they know their jobs & your home & preferences & you trust them with your things. Each crew member specializes in different tasks and they move through the house quickly & efficiently. We used them last (Sept 2020) for both for our house & my Moms. They are respectful of Covid and wore masks & gloves. It’s a pleasure to have a gleaming house with a clean smell!
