This sales and service business first opened its doors by two partners, in July of 1979, on the north east corner of 10th and College Avenue. In the beginning, this company catered to residential and commercial customers in Brandon and area, with 2 service vehicles (vans) and a willingness to work long hours.
General commercial liability insurance is at $5 million. Our rates are fair but negotiable and we are more than willing to work with others to obtain the best results for the customer. C&E Locksmiths were polite, honest, and prompt when dealing with myself and my mother. They were forthright and transparent with expected costs and even came in under when they didn't charge mileage! Needed to get an old desk lock rekeyed and the helpful fellow at the counter suggested I go a less expensive and quicker option by buying a new lockset instead of paying more for a custom key to be cut. It was great, had my desk locked up nice and secure in less time than it took me to drive to C&E to get the lock!

My car key fob quit working. A young family member said to go to a locksmith rather than a garage. I phoned and explained. The gentleman asked if I had opened it to check the battery. Who knew they opened????😊 Didn't even know there was a battery they're to changed!!! I said I would be there in a few minutes. I was. It didn't work when I went in. Great service rep made certain it worked properly before I left. A happy , the thankful and satisfied customer C & E!!!!!
