I tried to get a hold of another recommended company 2x this summer, but got no return call. My mom's friend then recommended Custom with rave reviews. I called Custom and Chad and Shannon came in 3 days and were polite, friendly, explanatory and efficient. This seems to be a well run company that will help you breathe easy. We are grateful for the excellent service and wish we'd tried them first instead of living with the problems longer than needed!

Very unprofessional and seems like scamming company... No idea how anyone gave more than 2 star review but from an HONEST standpoint from someone who has dealt with them they basically want too much money for unprofessional work. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed with mediocre work done they will try taking advantage of you, especially if you live in north end so beware!

I called they said $100.00 a hr for a plummer. Two show up. He never said he was sending two. Next they didn't measure the pipe correctly , so they had to take it out and recut the PVC pipes, to make it fit. $$ . Oo and the best part they broke my shower drain that wasn't leaking , more money. I would not recommend this company . Even tho they broke it and didn't make the right cuts cost me$100' s extra.. I go pay he doesn't have my bill ready. I ask how much . He said $675 for labor and about $60 in parts.. come back at 12 pm , ill have the bill ready.. I show up at 12.. still no bill ready. They

I have had the father do work several years back in my home. Very pleasant and professional man and his staff.

I want to thank the people at Custom Plumbing for all that they did for us when we had the heavy rain on Thursday, June 16, 2016.
Our sump pump quit and because we live in a townhouse, I had to call the woman who is in charge of the corporation. All I got from her was for me to call Custom Plumbing to set up an appointment. We couldn't stop the water filling up and so we had to keep draining the water manually. Setting up an appointment, I thought, could mean a wait but for how long.
I called Custom Plumbing and I still cannot get over how helpful and considerate the staff was. The lady who answered
