This company will not stand behind there warranty. Had a window that leaked and they blamed it on the contractors even though the window was clearly leaking through the frame. They said it should have been screwed properly. I will never recommend them to any clients and would advise anyone to steer clear of doing business with them.

Terrible service. They will not stand behind their product. They wanted to charge $200 to inspect for warranty instead of admitting that they have a faulty product. Then the owner of the company showed up unannounced and bad-mouthed the installation job instead of inspecting the faulty product. I will never recommend this company again.

-waited a year and a half to get door installed (they totally forgot about me at one point). I could forgive maybe 6 months for COVID -poor communication led to me taking a day off work for them to not show up.… Owner said he’d make it up to me. He didn’t - broke my siding when installed and didn’t even tell me - waited another two months after door installed for my storm door to be installed - there was a huge gap at the bottom of the storm door. They said they’d order a part to fix it. Instead they came out and drilled more holes in the door to mount it lower. Now

I wouldn't recommend this place. I didn't even get passed the sketchy quote before I found questionable details and when I questioned it and removed the one window from the quote they chose not to honor the rest of the quote on 4 windows installed that were priced fairly , so draw your own conclusions. They just didn't return my emails or phone calls. I guess there is nothing to be said when you get caught up in your greed.

This company has really gone downhill since my first experience with them say 10 years ago.. Now they give lets say questionable quotes and when questioned on them. They just don't bother to return emails or phone calls nor does it honour the rest of a quote after removing the questionable part . They aren't happy with a fair profit..I can't speak for the workmanship this time since it never got that far but judging by the lack of service and clarity ..I think I got lucky.

I bought a window from this company the window itself cost $1591. This company gave a verbal quote of $450 to install. After they received 50% down-payment they called to inform the window had come in, at that time they gave me a new price of $5000 to install. Easy mistake they meant $500 right? No $5000. I cancelled my service with them and had a different company install the window for less then what the window cost itself. Do not trust this company and always get their quote IN WRITING. I will never support this buisness again

They ust to be a good company, had replaced all my previous homes windows and doors without issue but now they just dont care, and will say anything to get your business.
Wanted to replace a man door on my garage, EJ comes to quote it, says go with a patio door will be no extra work same cost, all brick work included will even move electrical!!!
I get a call from Paul asking if they can install it on a Friday, i said sure but just making sure you know the old door is 3 ft new door is 6 and requires brick work. Paul tells me no one told him about brick work, needs to change to Monday.

Great from measure to install. EJ, Cathy and all their staff are exceptional. They are very professional. Installers were sure to check if we had pets to make sure they were safe before removing our front door. Site was left spotless and the fit of the doors is perfect. They will be back to do the last 2 windows in our house that are the only ones not done by them.

This company is terrible, I was supposed to have my new front door installed 4-6 weeks ago, it's now been 8 weeks and still counting (they also promised a "rush order"). I would of loved to switch companies but I would lose my 1000 dollar deposit, will never do business with this non stop excuse company. I'm probably not the only customer they are playing these games with, they shouldn't be in business much longer.
