We had a unique problem with our basement bathroom. When we purchased the home, we didn't realize that all the plumbing was a DIY job with toilet, sink, and shower going into a macerator pump that was not vented properly. The result was sewage smell and standing water in the shower. We called in AI Plumbing who was unable to resolve the problem and recommended Warren & Co. Warren and his staff came through for us. They carefully disassembled the bathroom, re-plumbed the shower to use its own pump, vented the pipes, and reassembled the bathroom. Thank you, Warren & Co - great job!

I contacted Warren and Co. for the installation of a concrete pad in my back yard for a home astronomical observatory. The requirements are very specific - a concrete pier embedded below the frost line so that the telescope will be immovable while the observatory dome sits on the pad.
Warren came by personally and made recommendations that would add functionality while staying within the quoted price. Of interest, he and his team went above and beyond in ensuring that the work was done professionally and exceeded my expectations.

Jason came to my house for an estimate on a kitchen Reno. He took measurements and said he would get back to me soon. A few weeks went by and no response. So I called him and he said he would get back to me in a few days. Three weeks pass and still nothing. I emailed him and he said again he would get back to me soon. I still haven't heard back from him and that was a few months ago. I hired a new company who gave me an estimate in a few days. I'm sure this company does some good work but we wary of their customer service. If you can't or down want to do the job, at least have the balls to call

What an amazing job. Just had a bathroom Reno done in a mobile home, the floor had extensive water damage from a long term pin hole leak in the cold line feeding the washer and dryer.
We had 3 estimates done and while Warren was not the least expensive he provided the best detailed estimate. We had some minor change requirements during the Reno and they were handled professionally and promptly.
Extremely satisfied with the work, and the cost.
Would hire again for any Reno. Would recommend to everyone.

Not bad for small projects. Have used him for small services throughout the years and didn't have much issues.
Completely different story when it came to major project. I hired Warren to do plumbing for my new clinic. He hasn't delivered or installed or fixed certain things and mistakes, which was fine, but absolutely refused to adjust the price for items and services not delivered. He acted extremely unprofessional towards my general contractor, screaming and yelling profanities. When he didn't get his way and was unable to intimidate myself or my contractor, he went ahead and called Ministry
