At HanCon, we realize that the construction process begins long before the first shovel hits the ground. We are here to help you with land acquisition, zoning, permitting, planning, engineering, costing, and tendering. HanCon Constructors realizes that renovations, whether they are commercial or residential, can be more complicated, costly, and involved than a complete new build. That is why we approach them a little differently than most firms. We start with trying to help the client keep costs down by planning ahead and suggesting alternatives.
HanCon Constructors is fully trained and certified in asbestos, lead, mold, and silica abatement. With this ability, we are a one stop shop for demolition projects requiring abatement, allowing us to remove the markup on a secondary contractor. Also, as our crew is trained, we can move personnel in and out of abatement work and other demolition tasks, as required, keeping efficiency maximized.
