First day in town and I can't find the keys to my new place. 3 hours in the hot sun going through boxes, looking for the keys, I'm a sweaty mess, the front patio looks like a disaster, my new neighbours are worried about their property values plummeting.....
I give up.

In less than 5 minutes they arrive. Problem fixed. In less than 10 min from placing the call I'm enjoying a drink at my new place. Wish I had called first thing. So do the neighbours.

I was recommended by people for Tu-Dor Lock & Security as a first choice when I accidently lost key and was locked out from home. Their service has been a very good experience. The professional and very nice guy Braedon helped me out from the emergency situation and met the need on the door lock with sound technology. Highly recommend.

Patrick was amazing - I had just moved into Nelson that day and within hours managed to lock myself out of my new place. Since it was after hours I had to leave a message at their 24/7 service line, and without fail Patrick called me back and was on his way to help. I was so thankful! I am so grateful for his service. He made my first day in Nelson one to remember with his kind words and genuine conversation as he worked away, which was much appreciated after a long day and made things feel more like home. I have been to Tu-Dor Lock and Security three times in the last few months, and each time I have been blown away by their customer service. They fixed my car's overly sensitive alarm (something that I had previously been told was unfixable), they patiently walked me through my first purchase of a safe, and when I immediately locked the keys in that safe, they replaced it for me. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and make pesky chores into something relatively fun. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We recently bought a new home, and needed to get new locks for the doors. They had a variety of options available, and once we made our selection they were quick and efficient making sure all the keys worked on all the locks. When I got home, I realized i needed a longer latch piece than was included, and when I went back they were able to set me up with the correct piece. It even required a little customization to make it work.
Customer service was Tops, and I would definitely return for any security needs.
