Our pre-finished engineered flooring consists of a top layer of hardwood at 3 1/2mm thick. This allows the flooring to be refinished once. It consists of 3 layers of solid material to act as a moisture barrier. This product is designed to be laid on either in-floor heating, concrete subfloors or in basements.

With our D4S lumber you have select wood that has the finish on all four sides giving it the flexibility to use any side for it's face. We stock dressed lumber in Ash, Maple and Cherry. South Bruce Flooring can meet all your needs. For items not carried in stock, South Bruce can manufacture to your needs with other types of wood and to specific dimensions.

Strictly rating on service: it took about 4-5 weeks for someone to return my call. From there, the rep confirmed my order and said they would let me know when it’s ready - that was about 4 weeks ago and still no update. The order is relatively small/simple, so I’m not sure what the hold up is, and there was no mention of a long wait or backorder. Will update rating when/if we ever get our product or hear back from them.

Helpful service, great selection of wood grains, stains and finishes, and incredible quality product. Check out the website - they do much more than flooring (trim, stair pieces, vent covers, barn doors, and more). Price was surprisingly affordable even compared to big box stores. Will be returning again for other products in the future.

Beautiful flooring, terrible service. We ordered a custom stained flooring and were told it would be in two weeks ago, it never showed. They never called to let us know, so we called to ask, they didn’t call back. Finally got a hold of someone and they said they would call us back with a different date - never called. I called again, they said it would be the next week. It didn’t show up, again. No communication lettin us know, again. I called to find out when the next date we will be told, and left a message three times. I still haven’t been called back. Terrible experience, unfortunately
