Technician Paul came to assess my wonky sump pump. He recommended replacing it and immediately was able to do so. While at the house he kindly did a quick fix on a sticky shower faucet too. Some weeks later the new sump pump was backing up again and Paul, and Matt, came out and spent a good amount of time figuring out the issue (a manufacturers problem with the float). Matt himself went to buy a new float and they installed it, without charge. That's a level of service you don't often find and as a result I highly recommend Aquadrain. They were professional, fairly priced and above all responded

5 Stars isn't enough to describe this company. I was very impressed André came to fix the issue that i had,he was very professional,polite, he did a great job. I had a technician come out on what he called a First Response through the city, I think the technicians name was Renee he was extremely polite, professional, inquisitive, he found the issue and took care of it. He spoke highly of his colleagues if i ever had another issue and left me his business card for Aqua Drain. Definitely would recommend them again.

Aqua Drain's two workers arrived promptly, executed rapidly, showed courtesy and proficiency which was most appreciated. The task was to clean our root blockages which had set in over the last four years, which they did. I was able to observe their work by way of their CCTV camera.

Called them as I was having issue with the upstairs toilet not flushing properly. Called and they were there within a few hours. Very professional, removed boots at the door, had a clean rag to put there tools, had masks and cloves, I assume that's for the covid stuff. They had everything with them. Ran a cameras though the pipes, went on the roof to check the venting. They determined it was the toilet. Well, they had one in their truck that I actually liked. Replaced it and everything seems to be good now. Would recommend for sure. Very organised team.

I recently used Aqua Drain for a blocked main drain pipe. I live in an almost 70+ year old home, that I have over time learned really received minimal general maintenance prior to our occupancy. Needless to say the pipe was challenging, there were multiple layers of thick root build ups and blockage available for the guys to eliminate. Scott and Chris were punctual, polite, professional, effective, and positive throughout the duration of the clearing process. I am so grateful and relieved.
