Hello,
I have these landscapers on my street once every weekend. In terms of professionalism, the workers consistently are walking on other people's property and walking around with "plumber's cracks" (for a lack of better wording, I apologize). Dirt and debris are left on the road time and time again, as well as the constant blocking of cars and driveways on the street.
While I was outside with my young children, a group of the workers proceeded to cut a TV/Internet wire for a fellow neighbor and then did nothing about it. No concern was felt or expressed whatsoever.

While I can't attest to the quality of their work, I can say that this company was quick to lend a helping hand. We were cycling up Weston road when one of our riders experienced a flat. One of the employees (possibly the owner) pulled over and offered us his shop if we needed any tools. I thought that was a class act move and an excellent example set for the community.

I had the pleasure recently of using Bongro for a comprehensive project for our renovated house. I cannot speak more highly about the experience across the entire project. The owner came and provided a very comprehensive and detailed estimate, as was responsive throughout the various phases of the work. The crews were punctual, professional and discrete every day they showed up at our house and unlike the review from the other poster, they went out of their way to keep peace with our neighbours (we are in mid-town Toronto and parking is limited but the crews would park way up the street and transport

A Bit of Common courtesy is all it takes. This company is doing a project on my street in Newmarket and rather rudely has been blocking my neighbours driveway for THREE days Not only this, these guys are walking over other peoples property with no consideration or decency. It is a pity that this is the first negative post about this company but all it takes is a bit of consideration for other Peoples property.

I have used Bongro twice in the span of 9 years for my landscaping projects on my home. And I am truly pleased with the results and final outcome of the interlocking of my driveway, side walk ways and backyard. What I love most about Bongro is their honesty and fair pricing. I called to get a quote on some work I wanted to get done. They set up an appointment and came to my home. They gave me several ideas and suggestions. Bon Gro landscape did amazing job with our back patio with interlocking and stone. They coached us through the process offering us lots of time and advice upfront! Their design was fantastic and they quickly accommodated all the minor modifications we wanted. On site they were very efficient, kept everything clean and organized! I highly recommend getting work done by Bon Gro landscaping!!
