The cleaners did a great job once they arrived. The guy I booked with said they'd be there at 10:30am. When the cleaners arrived 1.5 hours late they said they they'd been told to show up at "eleven or noon or whenever". I wouldn't have cared so much except that we had a wedding to get to. I'd hire the cleaners again directly if I could, but I won't contact that guy again.
