TERRIBLE service. They came to fix a furnace / heat pump through insurance as there was an electrical furnace panel fire. They took over 2 months to fix it saying they had to keep ordering parts. The heat pump still isn't working so we got ultra air to come. They found the problem right away. We asked coral for a detailed bill of what was replaced and are having trouble getting that. They sent a man over twice now since to look at it which we didn't want that guy to do anything further as ultra air will be taking care of it. Now he says he did not replace any parts on the heat
