Ordered close to $6000 worth of windows. When it came time to pick up I saw the guys in the warehouse dragging the windows on the floor. Not carrying them, not pushing them on a dolly, but dragging them (each window had a couple of small pieces of 2x4, supposedly to protect the frame) . Sure enough the biggest window had a cracked and sanded down lip. They tried to persuade me that it was fine because "they have been doing it like that for years and some people even cut that out". Finally it was "take it or leave it". That's their costumer service moto.

Had a partridge fly through one of my storm windows (bought at Maritime Door and Windows) back in mid October. Called and left 2 voicemails.
Called a third time and spoke with a salesman who said that he would make sure I get a call back within a couple days.
Didn’t hear back as suggested.
Took the window to Glass Dr. Who fixed it same day.
Maritime door called me today to see how the can help me (nearly 1 month later)
Not impressed unlikely to shop there again

Mauris in measuring, Kevin in sales, to the installation crew, Eric Cormier and Mathew Comeau excellent!… professional all around. Just had 7 windows and two doors installed. Waited a month with a leaking window. The repairman came in, gave a cursory glance at the window and said "we can't help you" and left after 30 seconds. I asked politely "could
you suggest someone who could?" He said "we will be in touch" and never bother to phone us. This 30 seconds cost 200 dollars.

Maritime windows and doors cant mess up orders, repairs, billing, deliveries, paperwork, salescalls etc any more if they TRIED! Literaly not one thing went right with these guys on several occasions. I outright was ignored by my sales rep, windows were late, windows were damaged, windows were mis-billed. I couldn't be more annoyed with them at this point. Do yourself a favour and spend your money somwhere else. Bigger isnt always better and im incredibly disappointed and frustrated by every facet of this company i have interacted with!

After requesting windows that with colored frames on the outside and white on the inside (the same as the rest of my windows in my open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining). The windows arrived, colored on both inside and outside and some windows with white grills and some colored. The person I was working with, was new, I was their first customer. Because I had signed the purchase order (at the time I even said, I don't speak window, so I hope all these abbreviations get me what I want) After weeks of fighting with them, they finally replaced grills, but refused to replace the frames. Bought all my windows and doors from here for a brand new build. Had 3 windows that are 3 years old that stopped closing properly. Called them and they charged me $150 the day of my call and said someone would come next month. First of all charging before I even get an appointment confirmation is ridiculous. And what kind of warranty is that when you have to pay??? Turns out the issue with my windows was that they weren't properly built at the factory. So I had to pay $150 to fix their own mistake.

Dan Pellerin was the worst person to deal with. I feel disgusted by the i was treated by Maritime Door and Window. Trying to help my parents order windows and the guy I had to deal with had the nerve to tell me he was losing his patience with me because we had a hard time figuring out the measurements, I had two contractors come and give me the… exact measurements he asked for TWICE, and both times I was told not possible. Two separate contractors two exact same measurements. Is your job not to sell windows???? To guide and assist? You are losing patience for no reason, my parents are not

This is the worst customer service I experienced ever. I have been trying hard for 3 months to have a basic patio window installed at my house. After several weeks of emails and voice mails.. I finally got a hold of ''Mike'' (apparantly the only costumer service agent at this company which serve the Greater Moncton...he must be freaking busy Mike)I explained the situation that have been broken into in November and we are without a patio door and winter is coming. I ordered a custom Lexan window screen for $190.60 on June 24, 2020, at which time I was asked to leave my original mesh window screen (a 9 year old Maritime Door and Window product) for sizing. When I picked up my order on July 8, 2020, the frame of the new Lexan screen was broken in one corner and bent on one side, and the frame of my mesh screen… had significant scratching, one missing plunger latch, and another broken plunger latch. I asked the parts department to replace both of the damaged screens, which they courteously and immediately agreed to do. I picked up the new Lexan screen

I contacted them as my patio door handle broke. Spoke to Mike and he came over to assess how to fix it. Service was prompt and helpful. Within a week, he replaced the handle and adjusted the door so that it works like a dream. It slides open with ease. Very grateful to Mike for all his help in fixing this for me.
