This Ewald Homes custom ranch is complete with a finished basement creating 2400sf of designer living space. The flooring choices in this Legacy Estates home were on point. Featuring 6.5 wide plank, wire-brushed, engineered hickory, Ontario made, designed and created. Enhanced from Superior Hardwood Floors on the main level.
The Chatham Dutch Market has the ability to see hundreds of consumers in a single day, offering over 3000 grocery options, a bakery, a soup counter with luxury meats and cheeses, along with a daily lunch buffet and dining lounge or cafeteria. With all of this, the Chatham Dutch Market also features a beautiful second level designated for office space.

This latest project is the third time I’ve had Owen Flooring be the supplier and installer of my flooring—Three homes, three big projects, and I am happy as ever! They worked carefully and patiently with me to be sure I made the right choice, made sure I got the best of what I could afford, and installed the (insanely gorgeous) carpeting on the scheduled dates for the price they quoted me. Owen Flooring has done nearly every floor in our entire house and tiled a bathroom for us. The employees were always courteous, friendly and professional. The owner himself even assisted in helping us at the store. There was an issue with one of the tiles cracking on the floor and they sent someone the very next day to fix the issue, no questions asked.

Kevin and his staff are top notch! Every time I walked into their store, I’m greeted in a way where I felt like I’m the only customer. The folks at Owen Flooring recently removed the carpeting and vinyl flooring on my main floor (front entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom)and installed hardwood and porcelain tile. I am totally impressed with their products, workmanship and attention to detail. Everyone at Owen Flooring take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make the customer totally satisfied. I highly recommend them based on the work they did. Many thanks to Darren, Luke and Grace for a job excellently done.

I have been exclusively using Owen Flooring for a few years now, to be honest I'm not sure what first brought me into the store back then but man am I glad that I did. It was so refreshing to be in a place of business where the owner/ salesman didn't really care to try to sell me anything. He just was excited to offer me a doughnut from a local bakery and show me all the cool product that he caries that no one else in town does. Years later here we are, they have just done a very nice and welcomed addition to their show room. Building is absolutely beautiful now and now has ample space for all
