The best part about having bed bugs was when Professional Pest Management showed up! Their preparation instructions were very clear, and they were incredibly professional. So much knowledge on bedbugs and I felt very reassured knowing they knew what they were doing. We had our home treated and it was totally worth every penny. The employees at Professional Pest Management were professional and kind. They helped me deal with my infestation in a timely manner and had a lot of helpful information on the matter. I was able to pay a deposit at the time of extermination and then I had plenty of time to pay the rest. They also have a 1 year guarantee on their exterminations, so when I still had live activity they came and did a second extermination free of charge. I would highly recommend going with this company!

I cannot express just how amazing this company truly is. Such vast amounts of wisdom and insight in dealing with bed bugs to the impressive ways in their effective treatments, which I might add, is harmless to animals. There is no having to remove animals for long periods of time or harm to them in any way. Just place animals in bathroom and your good to go.

These guys are quick responding, they always answer your calls and supply you with all the info you need. They are extremely well priced with a year long warranty. So friendly and extremely punctual. The prep is incredibly easy, which initially made me concerned that they wouldn't be able to really get the job done, but I was wrong. They are a great, thorough company and I would highly recommend them.
