The service of this company was very bad.
last year, I called this company to repair my air-conditioner which did not provide warm air. It sent a technician to install a new air-conditioner with one year guarantee. However, when I switched the new air-conditioner to the cool mode in this April, lots of water came from the air-conditioner. I called the company many times. The company did not give me any appointment for some technician. It just did nothing. Then, I called the technician who installed the air-conditioner many times as well. He answered me to come to fix the problem, but never come
