Sue in the upstairs administration is incredibly rude. I personally don't think "well that's too bad" is a proper response from a customer service personnel. Maybe you need to find more positive people for your workforce.

Very disappointed. I went in to look at some stone, and walked in the side door went to the first guy at the desk and he tried to ignore me by ducking under his desk, then tried to send me away to someone else.
Went to speak with the other lady at the desk and as we were talking he butted in the whole time… why wouldn’t he just help me in the first place rather than speaking over the lady that was helping me. The girl in the middle was very helpful. Wish I could leave a better review but I was not okay with that…

Out of all the drywall delivery companies there are these guys are by far the laziest. they show up and if it’s the least little bit difficult they take pictures, complain about it and don’t deliver the drywall to the location that is required. Or they don’t deliver the drywall at all Or they don’t deliver the drywall at all. Back in the day the guys would do circles around today’s guys and they got paid only a fraction of the wage. Definitely hard to get good help these days.

I am installing a 20 x 15 patio in my backyard. Did my shopping both online and the big box stores. By far, Patene has the best prices and a huge selection of stones. Even there delivery charges were good.
I highly recommend.

We experienced terrible customer service our first time in the store. We came in with questions about walkway stones, and after boasting about how the company was the biggest and the best in Guelph, the senior sales rep (probably the guy in charge) brushed aside our questions and told us to go look for what we want outside. There were so many options and nothing was labeled. He mentioned a sale, but didn't help us find what items were on sale. He only mentioned that he'd talk to us once we figured out what we wanted, and he wasn't very friendly about it. It was raining and cold and we were with

Friendly staff that went out of their way to answer my questions. They admitted they are more money than homedepot but are willing to unload it where I need it in my home saving my hours of lugging drywall. If delivery goes as smoothly as ordering I will be very pleased.
