So, it's been over 2 months since I called them and they said everything was normal just need flashing. Everything is fine they said. Called them again to tell them it got worse, nothing. Left messages, nothing.
I called them to get my girlfriends house new eavestrough, soffit and fascia all around the house last year. While true, we need flashing all around, it does not explain why the front eavestrough has a extreme angle. Not to mention that it's even angled up where the water spout meets the eavestrough, causing the water to pool in the middle and overflow.

I did not hire this business, but my neighbours did. The workers used my property to place their ladders without my permission or making me aware at all. They trampled my vegetable garden in the process, kicked over my romaine lettuce and stepped on my tomato plants. This is extremely rude behaviour. I would not recommend these workers because of their lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Fantastic company to deal with. Installation was very professional and follow up was exceptional. Any warranty work done without question and taken care of promptly. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that does great work and stands behind there work. In today’s uncertain times certainly a breath of fresh air to deal with. One of their employees (I won’t use his name because of confidentiality) bumped into my utility trailer accidentally on Main Street in Winnipeg. He was a good, honest guy who immediately got out his vehicle to see if there was any damage and to apologize. I can’t speak on their work because I’ve never hired Red River Siding, but I can speak on the character of one of their employees who was genuine and upfront. 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible customer service! A 3 day project turned into 3 weeks because work was half-finished, not enough materials ordered, and improper downspout placement. We were left for 3 weeks with half finished soffits, fascia and eaves during a period of a series of rainstorms leading to damage to hundreds of dollars of garden plants, due to a lack of gutters during the work project. If there was one ounce of customer service and explanations of the problems instead of us calling everyday with questions and no answers, I would have been much more understanding. Instead we were left in the dark
