Various upgrades and improvements over the years to meet Wendy's corporate standards and franchise requirements, at the Fort St. John location. New 4 tenant lease space building including Starbucks exterior requirements, property development and servicing. This is the second pre-cast concrete design-build showroom and shop completed for Alpine Glass.
Design-build project converting an old elementary school into doctors' exam rooms, offices and separate lease space areas. A second floor was created within the existing gymnasium. Addition to the existing school including new entrances, 5 additional classrooms and bright open common area for gatherings.

They built our new office and the quality is great. They took care of any concerns. A year and a half after construction and they are still checking to see if anything needs to be redone or fixed. You get what you pay for with W.L. I would definitely use them again.
